Code of Ethics
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry

Maureen Molé ranked in the top 2% in customer satisfaction among 69,000 licensed Realtor in NJ in an independent survey conducted by NJ Monthly Magazine.
The survey ranked Realtors on integrity, negotiation skills, market knowledge, communications,
marketing the home, finding the right home, market knowledge, closing preparations and customer service.
More than 90% of Maureen’s business is comprised of repeat clients or recommendations from past clients.
With more than 10 years, experience as a Realtor, Maureen’s reputation for high-quality service and expertise in negotiation has earned her the respect from colleagues and praise from her clients. She understands the needs of both buyers and sellers, and has the keen attention to detail that ensures the follow-through, which is so necessary to complete real estate transactions in today’s competitive marketplace.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Maureen spent more than 13 years in senior management positions in
pharmaceutical marketing with Medco, Prudential Healthcare and some medical education agencies. As a hobby, she
wrote food feature stories for Ridgewood Magazine and previously wrote a restaurant review column for The
Ridgewood News for several years. She is the author of The Book of Entertaining at Home published by Simon & Schuster. Maureen is a 40-year resident of Bergen County and lived in Ridgewood, NJ for more than 25 years. Involved with community activities, Maureen specializes in the upscale towns of Allendale, Franklin Lakes, Glen Rock, HoHoKus, Midland Park, Ramsey, Ridgewood, Saddle River, Upper Saddle River, Waldwick and Wyckoff.
